vehicle, or real estate by agreeing here-under NOT to dispose of the vehicle,
or real estate for the duration of the auction (usually seven days). In
addition, seller agrees to maintain the vehicle, or property in the original
condition as it was at the time of the listing.
BUYER’S PAYMENT OPTIONS: Seller
agrees to accept SOLDXPRESSSM checks, or payments to PayPal Services. SOLDXPRESS
states in the listing, that payments must be received within seven (7) days of
auction close. However SOLDXPRESS
cannot guarantee that ultimately the bidder of this vehicle will pay for the
auction or that payment will be received within seven (7) days.
SOLDXPRESS
will make every effort to collect monies from the winning bidder in a timely
manner. If the winning bidder is a non-paying bidder, or if your vehicle , or
property does not sell SOLDXPRESS
will relist it on eBay for another seven (7) day auction without additional
charges.
